Care Philosophy

Our visits may include: medication management, psychiatric evaluation, supportive & skills-based therapy, psychoeducation, lifestyle & sleep guidance, and women's mental health support. We also provide collaborative care when needed. Our practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, respectful, and non-judgmental approach.

Payment & Insurance We currently operate as a self-pay practice. ✔ Payment is due at the time of service ✔ We accept major credit/debit cards ✔ A superbill can be provided for out-of-network insurance reimbursement Insurance credentialing may be added in the future. Concierge membership options are available for clients who prefer enhanced access and support — please inquire if interested.

Controlled Medication & Safety Policy


Controlled substances (such as stimulants or benzodiazepines) may be prescribed only when clinically appropriate, safe, and indicated. This requires thorough evaluation, including a psychiatric evaluation, monitoring, periodic follow-ups, and ensuring medical & legal compliance.


We do not provide replacement prescriptions for lost or stolen medication.

At Ocean Breeze Behavioral Health & Wellness, we believe mental health care should be personalized, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Appointments are thoughtful and never rushed, allowing time to understand your story, concerns, strengths, and goals.

 

🩺 Initial Psychiatric Evaluation — 60 minutes

$250–$375 

This is your first visit with us. We take time to understand:

  • current symptoms & concerns
     
  • past mental health & medical history
     
  • medications & treatment responses
     
  • lifestyle, stress, relationships, & strengths
     
  • safety concerns & supports
     

Together we create a collaborative treatment plan:


  • medication options
     
  • therapy & coping strategies
     
  • ADHD / mood support tools
     
  • lifestyle & sleep recommendations
     
  • referrals when appropriate
     

Medication is only prescribed when clinically appropriate.



 Follow-Up Medication Management Visits

Standard Follow-Up — 20–25 minutes

$120–$175


  • reviewing symptoms & progress
     
  • adjusting or maintaining medication
     
  • brief supportive therapy
     
  • education & safety monitoring


 

Extended Follow-Up — 30–40 minutes

$150–$225

Used when you need more time for:

  • complex medication management
     
  • multiple concerns
     
  • anxiety, ADHD, or mood coaching
     
  • life transitions or stress support
     

 

ADHD Evaluation & Ongoing Care

Assessment may include:

  • detailed history review
     
  • screening tools
     
  • evaluation of mood, anxiety, trauma & sleep
     
  • school/work functioning review
     

Treatment may include:

  • stimulant or non-stimulant medication
     
  • executive-function strategies
     
  • coping & organization tools
     
  • collaboration with therapists, schools, or PCP (as appropriate)
     

(Fees follow the evaluation & follow-up structure listed above.)

 

Women’s Mental Health Support

Care for:

  • PMDD
     
  • postpartum mood & anxiety
     
  • perinatal mental health collaboration
     
  • hormonal-related mood changes
     
  • burnout & role-related stress

  •  

Compassionate, informed, and family-centered.


 

Clinical Letters & Forms

(when clinically appropriate)

Examples:

  • workplace or school accommodations
     
  • disability-related medical statements
     
  • ESA letters
     

Fees vary depending on complexity
(Typically $50–$150)

Letters require:
✔ an established treatment relationship
✔ appropriate evaluation
✔ clinician judgment
